Order Processing

All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Since Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available, only prepaid orders are accepted.

If payment is incomplete or failed, the order will not be processed or dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Your order will usually be delivered within 8 to 16 working days after payment is completed.

Tracking details will be shared with customers so they can track their parcel easily.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, or transportation delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary depending on your location and are shown at the checkout page.

General shipping charges are:

• Gujarat – ₹40
• Mumbai – ₹50
• Other Locations – ₹95
• Special Areas (Assam, Kashmir, etc.) – ₹120

These charges may vary depending on transportation costs or courier service updates.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for regular orders.

Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged or defective.

Important: Customers must make a parcel opening video on the same day of delivery. Without a proper opening video, no claim for damage or defect will be accepted.

Return Process

• After contacting us and verification of the issue, we will provide the return address.
• Customers must send the parcel to the provided address.
• Once we receive the returned parcel, we will send the same product in the same size as replacement, subject to availability.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds.

Only replacement is available for approved damaged or defective products.
